Coda Launches LINUS at ProLight+Sound 2014

Hall 8.0, Stand J60 at ProLight+Sound sees Coda Audio launching the LINUS10 two channel DSP amplifier.

LINUS10 is a stand-alone unit and also the key component of the LINUS RACK20 and LINUS RACK40, which provide complete system management solutions including amplification, DSP, network, comparator and power distribution for various Coda Audio systems. This combination provides a complete electronics solution with improved connecting panel, all in one rack.

Delivering 2x 4955W of clean power from a lightweight 2U rack unit, LINUS10 features a hybrid class H output stage topology for audiophile sonic accuracy with plenty of headroom and significant improvements in dynamic and transparency.

Also on show at ProLight+Sound will be Coda Audio’s TiRAY, a brand new, ultra-compact line array module designed for small venues where high fidelity sound and outstanding intelligibility are required.

Suitable for small theatres, small to medium live music venues, houses of worship, corporate AV events and as front- or sidefills for larger systems, the TiRAY module features two 5" ultra low distortion cone speakers and a 5" neodymium planar wave driver, a built-in passive crossover and integrated rigging system.

Coda will also be launching the TiLOW bass extension for increased low frequency response, providing audio companies with an extremely flexible system for a wide range of applications.

Additionally, Coda will be showing the SC2-F sensor controlled bass extension for ViRAY, which overlaps the low range of both ViRAY and the SCV/SCP subwoofers to provide more energy and control in the lower range of the system, as well as the U4-SUB double 18” high power subwoofer, and the KTV SOUNDBAR.

The company’s staff will be on hand throughout the show to discuss Coda’s entire product portfolio and how its unique technology delivers the ultimate in audio excellence.
